Hi, I’m Emily Whitehouse, the face behind E-commerce by Emily.

After spending over a decade working in e-commerce and digital marketing for some of the UK’s leading retailers, I decided to bring that expertise to independent brands, start ups, and small businesses who want big brand thinking without the agency price tag.

I’ve managed everything from website migrations, loyalty app launches and automated email campaigns to new product launches, paid advertising and SEO content.

When I’m not working on client projects, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and little girl, Olive, hunting down good coffee, listening to Taylor Swift or doing my bit to support the e-commerce industry by doing outrageous amounts of online shopping.
